Press Jaws key J.
Go in to the options menu.
Choose basic.
Tabb to run jaws at startup and uncheck it.
Tabb to ok and press enter.
That should do it for you!

I don't know, will have to look. I don't remember evedn what key gets me
into jaws configuration.  I could run msconfig or something that sets stuff
in windows startup, but figured it would be easier just to tell jaws not to
run.
