This is assuming you are in classic view with winamp.
Their is an edit bookmark hotkey, which is control-alt-i. If that doesn't
work, do the following.
1. open winamp.
2. press alt-f for the menu that contains bookmarks.
3. arrow down to bookmarks pulldown and press the right arrow.
4.arrow down to edit bookmarks and press enter.
5. You will have an alphabetical list of all of your winamp bookmarks.
6. press the first letter of the name you want until it is highlighted.
7. tab until you find the choice you want for that bookmark and press enter.
You can play deleete, edit, enq, what ever that is, etc.
