Hi all, Reeva's call is still K8DMU! She lived out here in the Valley of
the sun for many years until she and her husband John, moved back to
Missouri, I believe! I haven't spoken to her in years, so if you talk to
her, Howard, be sure and tell her I am thinking about her.

My favoriet Rick and Reeva story happened when I was out here visiting my
folks, in the 80's, before I moved out here! I talked to Reeva on a
local repeater and when she found out I was from Michigan, she asked if I
knew Ricky. She then told me that they had a sched on 20 meters and gave
me the frequency. I had a Unidine general coverage reciever and punched
in the freq, only to hear something that sounded more like teletipe, than
CW! GRIN! They must have been going about 50 or 60 words per minute!

By the way, Rick pass away in 2001 of throat cancer. It is a damn shame,
as he never smoked a day in his life. He had a great voice as well as
being an excellent guitar player.

John
