Thanks.  I have never tried it that way for myself, so I don't know if that
works or not.  That might be a carryover from the St. Johns site that was
the former host of this list.

when I used to go nomail on here there was a way to do it through the 
website yo have to be logged in to it. don't know if it still works that 
way haven't done it in a while
