Thank you so much. 

I put the echolink on my iPhone and since i have a braille display, here is what i do:

I open echolink. I locate the station and put it in favorites and when i find a repeater to listen to, I mute speech with braille display and using the display, i locate transmit and when i press a router key on the display, i speak and press the same router key to stop. 

Just discovered that tonight. <smile.
