70 centimeter operations have been restricted around PavePaws radar (hope I got that right, I don't have any info in front of me, am mobile right now) 70 centimeter operations can interfe with the air track radar systems.
Regarding the comment about making threatening comments on the air a terroist act is a Very Bad idea. There are already laws on the books which can be used to prosecute a person for asult.
Terrorism should be dealt with very harshly, up to and including the death penalty, but our freedom of speech should not be threatened by applying "terrorist" paint with a broad brush, much less with a brom.
