Well, if someone gets there hands on one, we'll know more.  The scanner 
I was using I could use the nunber keys to select what bank I wanted to 
listen to.  I had my local police setup in one of these banks.  This way 
I could listen to them by themselves.  My current scanner is no longer 
usible because they are now using p25.
