The main meter that reads grid or plate voltage that is selectable with the 
front panel switch.

If you get the terminals reversed, the pitch on your VCO will go down 
instead of up, just make sure you check it before you button up the amp. 
And, treat the thing with respect, there's a lot of voltage that can be 
floating around, around 1800 volts I think on the plates.  Don't trust the 
fact that the bleeder resistors are supposed to drain it.
