Hi Blind Hams List,
There has been a lot of criticism of the way in which the Blind Hams
list has been handling 8 bit or 7 bit characters that result in all the
equal signs and other extraneous symbols. Here's one I didn't realize
was also a bit of a problem.
I wanted to send the entire copy (511 lines) of the ruling that Gary,
KB2YAA requested and thought that it would be a courtesy to send it to
the whole list. Instead I get a rejection notice from the server
sayhing that it is too long.
Keep in mind, there is no attachment or other superfluous graphics of
stuff that would make this message large in actual size, but the length
of the message in lines is apparently an issue.
This is the only list where I have ever seen this. I really wish it
could be changed to conform to modern standards. I will have to send
the message separately to Gary and thus deprive anyone else who is
interested.
See below.

Your message cannot be distributed to the BLIND-HAMS list because it exceeds
the maximum message size of 250 lines. The size of your message was 511 lines.
This limit has been set by the list owner and does not necessarily apply to the
