Steve, There is a CX2 and an HP1 just up the band at about 
28.033.5 and 28.035 respectively.

Just worked him, not too strong here, but  not bad for 12 
watts.  Always
interesting what low power can do when conditions are right 
on 10
meters.  Guess antenna also has something to say about it.

Worked several 5 watt stations from Europe on 10 yesterday 
as far as
UA1.   Lowest power I worked was a 2 watt station from 
Germany.
