Another excellent source for custom jumpers or any type of coax and hard
line is, www.tessco.com
I purchase all of my cable and connector suppliesfrom Tessco. They charge
a flat fee for making up a jumper. You purchase the coax/hardline, as well
as the connectors, and they just assemble it for you.

I have had good luck with the wire man. For a nominal fee they will install
the coax connectors on the cable for you.
Rough prices RG8X about 0.50 per foot
RG8 about 0.90 per foot.
Coax connector $4.00 each plus 4 or 5 dollars to install.
Plus shipping.
