Hi Lou and Buddy,

Using a Windows based computer, all you have to do is to change your
default format for the address for this list from the default which is
usually HTML or Rich Text to plain text. I have used 3 different
systems and half a dozen mail programs and this has never failed me. As
you can see, in my portion of this message, there are no extraneous
characters--except perhaps some typos <laugh>.

The issue with Macks is puzzling to me. You would think that there
would be some way to change the format to something equivalent to plain
text. I have not heard from my friend yet, but lacking that, I may even
call the local adaptive technology center and explain the situation and
see if they have any answers.
