Subject: New blind-hams list?

Just wondering if anyone would be interested, opposed, predisposed, =
whatever to a new home for this list, or a new list? I=92m not sure if =
this list has a moderator or not, but one thing to doesn=92t have is a =
sensible way of handling modern 8-bit plain text encoding. It isn=92t = just
me either, seems more people are using Macs and iThings to post = here, thus
more of the text that this listserv just does not grok. I=92ve = got the
capability to host such a thing. Heck, I=92ll host it and = someone else can
moderate/administer/whatever it if the membership so = deems.=20=
