You can use a 3rd gen or later, IPod touch with Voice Over, anywhere
you have access to Wi Fi, either your own, or Mcdonalds or wherever.
Many Many Many of the APPs are Free! There is a learning curve, there
are several good informational user groups, and lots of the learning
is pretty intuitive, once you get the hang of the keyboard and all.
I'd personally reccomend using the touch screen keyboard until you get
used to the IOS devices, then add a bluetooth keyboard, that is,
unless you're already very familiar with the idiocyncrosees of the
bluetooth boards, and how they relate to and with the IOS devices.
