Hi, Groups:

We are attempting to set up my wife's Apple device with a touch screen so
that it will be ready for her to use Christmas Day. Part of the set-up
requires having the device recognize and connect to our MODEM. Device sees
it but needs us to enter our password which includes upper and lower case
letters. There is a caps key indicator but we have not figured out to work
it. With my Braille handheld, tapping that key twice set to all caps and
holding it while pressing a single letter makes only that letter
capitalized. We don't want to open the manual unless necessary.

Help will be appreciated.
