I also find this list useful.  Just got walked through a process by Tom 
Behler.  I had not gotten the help  elsewhere. The unwanted characters 
problem in messages to this group problem was also resolved from here.  I'm 
in the process of trashing old XP and see I am having that same situation on 
the Vista which I will be using.  Hope I still have the file with the 
correction for that problem.
