It started out free, but they must pay people to interpret the pictures, as 
I understand it.  I haven't started using that app yet.  I think they made 
it a paid service a couple of months ago.

I download TapTapSee.  Apparently I used my allotment of free pictures.  It
gave me a list of price plans  Looks like unlimited for $9.99 a month is a
good deal.  Did I miss any longer term deals?  For some reason I thought it
was a free App.
