Hi John, I use a Sansung Galaxy S3 wich runs version 4.12 at the moment
but should be getting an upgrade soon, I hope! All Android phones have
Talk Back, but with earlier versions, you have varying degrees of
accessibility , depending on the phone and the Android Version. With 4.1
and up, Android is damn near on a par with I O S and you have much more
freedomn as far as what you can do yourself, from replacing your own
battery, to adding storage via a SD card. If you are eligible for an
upgrade, you might be able to get quite a good phone for next to nothing.
