Tom,

That sounds like a windows 7 problem more than a QrZ problem.  Can you tell 
if that window is being displayed by your browser or the OS?  I've gotten my 
old laptop working again and have happily abandoned win 7.  However I 
suspect this old vista machine is not long for this world.  Lou
