Hi; Just wondering if anyone can offer some dstar basics. I'm
feeling rather clewless. I suspect its not something a blind
person can use but I've been wrong. Also I was looking at
December qst and they had a product review for a id 51 which
apparently is an icom dual band hand held that is equipt for
dstar. The thing that was casually mentioned and caught my
attention was the fact that the radio speaks many functions so
that the driver doesn't have to take his eye off the road. As to
specifically which functions speak I don't know. Anyone had any
experience with this radio?
