Dear Rhonda,

Thanks so much. You are so very sweet and loving. <smile>

I'm glad it didn't last long, as I just prayed to the Holy Spirit,
told the depression to go away, and it did. I know it doesn't always
happen that easily, but I was determined not to be down, and I'm not
now. Sometimes I have found that a thought process change can be very
helpful, and I'm doing much better today. I don't get down very often
any more, and I'm so happy about that.

I want to help others if I can, but Phil is best at doing this, as he
has experience, and I do not. I guess my mission in life is to pray
for others, and give lots and lots of lovings and squeezings to those
when they feel down or are hurting in any way. It's God's love that
gets us through those hard times, and sharing that precious love from
God with others is what I want to do.

I've also found that saying a scripture every morning helps keep a
great mind-set. Sometimes when I start to get a little anxious, I
command Satan to leave and I pleed the blood of Jesus over everything.

I have more problems with anxiety than depression now. I'm working on
that, also.

Thanks much.

Love and Blessings,

Pat Ferguson
