My sincere apologies Diane. I totally missed the joke.

I incorrectly read your post as a mis-read of the article about the FDA acknowledging that the science shows manufactured trans fats to be a threat to human health.  I did not see it as a completely new, speculative and humorous, "what if" about if they ever decided to ban saturated fats.
