CBC radio program "As It Happens" on the 29th November 18:48 EST.

A geneticist at Harvard Medical, Boston, used synthetic telomeres to 
reverse aging in mice. Telomeres are enzymes; they are in young animals 
and I assume that they are destroyed by cooking.
This would explain the success of raw carnivore diet(s) in healing and 
disease prevention.
