Do you people find that  your sleep is most disturbed around the solstices? 
I am not sure if that is usually when we have time off from work, or if 
their is a connection.  It would be interesting to track a large group of 
people and their sleep-wake cycles.
You would expect that we all have our own, but who knows.
The other thing on that topic, is does this problem increase in severity the 
further from the equator that you live?
I think I should go to say Kosta Rica for a three week trial experiment to 
see.
I'd do it only for research, and make the sacrafice for the public good.  No 
other reason naturally!!!
