My Wife, Vicki, has a power scooter and I just replaced the two 12 volt 
batteries with new ones that had a higher amp hour rating.  The Charger that 
came with the scooter wasn't charging up the batteries fully, so I bought an 
XLR 5 amp smart three stage charger that does the job.  But, Does it make 
radio birdies!  The birdies are so loud, that they even cover up the 
strongest local am radio station.  I'm glad that I only have to plug it in 
for a couple of hours at a time!
