I'll look for the plans but I've made them out of TV twin lead which is
smaller than ladder line. What I've done, in the college dorm with that, or
once or twice on vacation, a short time I lived somewhere I couldn't put up
antennas, I hung it form the curtain rod, or mount for the blinds, the
curtains hide it and it works reasonably well.
