Thanks to you and Renee  for this informative exchange. l have a question
that has to do with the proposal submitted by Dr Abdoulaye Saine. Under the
provisions of our constitution, how  and where in our government can a group
of citizens go about implementing the proposals advocated by Dr Saine? Thank
