Just a few random thoughts:

What is the swr you are seeing on 20 and 30 meters?

Is the 75 ohm phasing line the right length? There are 2 different
lengths for the line, depending on whether the coax is solid or foam
dielectric.

The entire length of the antenna is supposed to be active on 10 meters
and is adjusted by the top section with the hose clamp. What kind of
swr are you seeing on 10?

While I've never had to deal with them, I understand Bencher (owner of
Butternut) has good tech support. If you phone or e-mail, you should
be prepared to describe your installation, ground, and swr readings.

Good luck, Steve KW3A
