I haven't used that model but have used other rigblaster models, from the
m8, plus, nomic. All are nice but I find setup is a lot easier over all with
the signalink USB, assuming you remember to make sure your screen reader
won't speak through it before hooking it up, then after it's hooked up, make
sure the windows control panel does not see the signalink as the default
sound card. Setting levels though I found much easier on the signalink not
that it was bad with the others either. The other thing I like about the
signalink is it plugs in to the back of my radio where as all the
rigblasters I've had plug in to the mic jack which can get things cluttered
with cables, not good when you figure how cramped for space I am already and
all the cables I already have around and being in plain sight and all, I
thought a couple cables behind the radio were a good thing.
