You can get a kit of adapters from Amazon or Magellan's that will work 
for most everywhere.

This may be what you mean by "a multiple configured electrical plug for 
power."  Get a kit with a 240 to 120 volt adapter, as well as adapter plugs.

Some places, like England, have 110 volt outlets for you electric 
razor,  but you need an adapter plug.

You shouldn't have any problems with a good kit in your pack. You're not 
the first American to go to Europe.   ;)
