If you join ARRL on the website, or renew there, you can get the rate with
QST and without.  

BTW, I agree, ARRL needs to make all of their publications accessible for
us.  One thought on this is the fact more and more publications are being
done by the same company.  If they make their platform accessible than it
should increase the number of publications available to us.

The only way we will get ARRL, or other organizations to understand our
needs is to keep trying to educate them.  It seems sometimes that they don't
hear what we are saying.  We need to keep looking to find someone in the
organization that understands what we are saying and hope that they will
help promote the changes we need.

When you get your first membership you need to tell Arrl that you are blind.
Your membership is $8 per year compared to about forty dollars for members
who are not blind.
