Not everything is obvious when it comes to e-mail.
I got a phone call this week requesting that I define the word
"blather."
This was a serious request and followed closely behind a discussion
concerning water leaks.
It was bad enough losing the American shoreline and having to seriously
think about feeding mice to wolves in Central Park. A co-worker
mentioned it would keep Grandmas busy during the day. All this while
fox(es) have been sighted around my house. Last time it was wolf-dogs at
Brookhaven Lab. It is not even warm enough for the beach season yet and
we are already getting reports of exotic nightlife. At least the beaver
are extinct in our area. The unHamptons is not southern France.
"Bla bla bla, blab blab bla, is blather, like in blathering idiots."
Does the above suffice, or should we go further?
