That's the most important thing anyway.  Children will bond to whomever 
treats them like parents should whether they are biological or adopted.  The 
important thing is to be honest with them about it right off.  I'm sorry 
your children didn't have the mental capacity to understand about adoption, 
but the important thing is that they loved you and you loved them just as 
you did your biological child.
