Come join Lori Petrie, Registered Dietitian, help us all better understand the role that carbohydrates play in our overall health. And just exactly what being "gluten free" means in terms of making the best choices, now that many of our favorite forms of carbohydrates are no longer available to us because they contain gluten.

As always, after the presentation, there will be time for asking questions, getting to know others who are GF and sharing experiences about being Gluten Free in Indy.
