Howard,

I'm pretty sure that the 480's service menus don't talk.  I'd be careful 
about changing those power settings unless you have an accurate way to 
measure both power output and signal quality.  Increasing the power output 
may cause your finals to clip, which may cause spurious emissions.  I'm not 
saying you shouldn't try; just be careful.
