I just worked two stations in northeast Alabama on 15 meter 
SSB from my Jackson, Mississippi QTH.

One is still on 21.298, and the other was a mobile a bit 
further up the band.

This is not back scatter, it is point to point E skip.

These stations are about 225 miles from me.

You don't see skip that short on 15 meters very often. When 
you do, it is as much fun as the long haul DX.
