You can put a Hampod onto a K3 and it will do that, you also get what is
virtually a custom built rig!

I haven't tried any digital modes, but I doubt if it would speak incoming 
stuff.  I also have not messed with the time, so not sure about that.  It 
speaks more than the 590.  Has a button for each receiver, if you're split 
it tells you.  The pot for power speaks as you adjust it.  You can set low 
and high llimits on transmit filters, and these speak as well.  Antenna 
selection speaks.  Agc on and agc settings speak.  Off hand can't think of 
what else, but I'm still learning this thing.
