These are Nuance Vocalizer voices.  I got the package and installed one of
the highest quality voices.  There are also medium and lower grade versions
of each voice available and they are all included in the one  price.  I need
to try the medium version because, though the highest quality voice sounds
great, it's not as responsive as I'd like.  Just haven't gotten around to it
