Jim,
On Saturday 7.191 plus or minus at 2100 UTC (4 P.M. Eastern), and same
time on Sundays on 14.258.
Depending on your location, equipment, and band conditions, you may do
better on 20 meters on Sunday.
40 meters is more east coast and mid west, but you never know who may be
heard.
