I don't recall their being a baofeng that has 2M and 220 bands...I know the 
wouxun KG UVd1P comes in a 2M 220MHZ model though...
The Baofeng UV3R can sometimes be made to operate on the 220MHZ band, but 
it's not often successfully modified to do so.
The wouxun KG UVd1P does a full 5W out on the models that sport the 220 band 
instead of the 70CM band.
$100 or less depending on the source will get you the wouxun radio.
