The contest is the All Asia phone contest, where you exchange a signal 
report and your age.  YL operators use 00 for their age.

The signals aren't very strong, but I am hearing Cypress, and a few
European signals on SSB working some contest.

The VY0SNO beacon on 28.181.6 is also coming into Mississippi.
