When I upgraded to Extra a year ago, I used

www.hamtestonline.com

It's an online service that requires a subscription fee but is extremely 
accessible.  The owner of the site has specivically worked to insure that. 
It features both a study mode and a simulated exam mode.  I went into my 
test feeling utterly prepared and it payed off.  73,  lou  WA3MIX
