Hi,
I'll try this again -no idea why it came out so poorly.  We just returned from our trip to Paris and London, and I thought we would share where we ate.  Food was great, if expensive.  Bon Apetit!

In Paris, we at at the following places:
Le Petit Pontoise, 9 Rue Pontoise, 75005 Paris (5th  Latin Qtr) - no GF menu, but the owner speaks English, and we had no problem getting GF food.  Restaurant was lovely; food was great.
Rue Cler Market (7th Arr) – we were able to buy rice cakes in a little corner store and get cheese at a fromagerie.  One word of caution - it is difficult to get hot chocolate.  Many places use Valrhona, which has a disclaimer saying it may have traces of wheat.
Bought GF groceries at Carrefore, a grocery store - they had GF baguettes and croissants.
Khatag Restaurant (Tibetan),  68 rue Quincampois  75003 Paris (Beaubourg), Tel: 01 48 87 51 25; no GF menu but easy to get GF food.  Waitress was knowledgeable about gluten.
Amorino in an alley in 7th Arr. – great gelato and hot chocolate!  They had a listing of all their ingredients.
La Maison du Chocolate - knowledgeable about GF.
Biosphere Café, 47 rue de Laborde 75008 (Saint Augustin Metro line 9 or line 13 Miromesnil) - fantastic little GF restaurant: crepes, pasta, pizza, quiche, macaroons, sandwiches, baguettes, and more!
Korcarz –Jewish deli in the Marais -- able to do eggs and potatoes for us.
Le Bambou Vietnamese Restaurant – in “Little Asia” - brought our GF explanation cards and gave them the French and Vietnamese versions.  Great meal.

In London we ate at the following places:
Muffinski's, King St. Covent Garden (off Strand) - awesome GF muffins.  (www.muffinskis.co.uk)
Punjab – Covent Garden - great Indian food.  No GF menu but knowledgeable.
Spud – outside Leadenhall Market - had GF statement on menu. La Tasca, Leicester Sq, Maiden Lane - GF menu, great Spanish food.
Scoop Fine Italian Gelato, Covent Garden, 40 Short’s Gardens, London, UK WC2H 9 - knowledgeable re: GF.
Zizzi’s – chain; we ate at one near Tower of London toward London Bridge.  Excellent Italian food.  GF menu.
Yalla Yalla - excellent Lebanese food with GF falafel.
WB Studio cafeteria - had GF list. Sagar Vegetarian - Indian - Catherine Street, Covent Garden,  UK WC2B 5JS, Area: Strand; wide range of GF dishes, GF menu.
L’Opera on Brompton Road - French.  Knowledgeable re: GF.  GF cupcakes at little shop next door.
Cotto, 89 Westminster Bridge Rd, SE1 7HR; Tel 020 7928 5535 (Lambeth North tube station). Italian - owner is Celiac.
