I have decided to purchase a breakmaker due to the cost of purchasing
gluten-free bread. I was wondering if anyone had a good recipe for a
bread that can be done in a bread-maker. The bread I buy through a local
supplier of GF products is pretty good. The rice loaf is not bad when
fresh and if frozen is good toasted. It is $5.00 a loaf though. Does
anyone have a recipe for a fairly light loaf? I have been doing some
experimenting but when it comes to bread I'd like a fairly well-tried
recipe due to the cost of the flour even. Thanks alot!
