does anyone have a good recipe for sourdough bread. I can find recipe for
sourdough starter on websites, such as King Arthur, etc.
I can not find out what to do with this starter culture after I have made
it.
That is, how and when do I add it it to my bread mix, how much do I use
for 1 loaf of bread? What bread recipe should I use?
