John, I am using W7, latest jaws and IE10. I didn't have the problem until
I installed IE10. I never had problems getting rid of bing until I
installed IE10. Thanks for any help.

What version of windows? I've dealt with it in XP, Vista and windows 7 and
the bing products are usually very obvious. I can't say about windows 8
having never used it but usually bing bar, bing desktop, and what ever else
are there in add/remove programs.
