Gerry,
I spent a lot of time that Friday afternoon fondling the KX3.  I was 
in a financial position that I could have pulled it off but at the 
end of the day decided I wouldn't really use it enough to justify the 
cost.  But I was sure tempted.  What a nice transceiver.
