Against my judgment, I went ahead and started the net on 14258.  Conditions 
were improving and a commemorative station that was on '258 left the 
frequency before net time.  Thanks to W6PR and KG4ITD for relays.  The 
following stations checked in before I left the frequency at 2035Z:
