Hi Lloyd,

Yes, I was there last Sunday, but heard not a squeak from the States. I
assumed you would be calling for Europe, but heard nothing on 14.258! I'll
be there again at 20:00 this Sunday.

Best wishes, Kelvin Marsh - M0AID

Subject: 20-Meter Net, May 12

We had our net on 14258 at 2000Z. Conditions were quite variable, with
several stations reporting that most signals were weaker than usual. Solar
flux was about 147 today, which should have resulted in shorter skip but can

also result in more absorption. Although I turned my beam to Europe at the
top of the hour, I didn't keep it there long, and didn't hear Kelvin. Thank

you to KG4ITD, W6PR/0 and WA0VJR for relays. I closed the net after 2045Z
because of the conditions, and the fact that I was losing my voice.
