I spoke to Sirius XM this morning, and they are right now offering the
tabletop Internet radio for $79.99.  You have to have either a Y phi
connection, or high speed Internet connection for it to work.  They said
that it will pick up all Internet channels if you have the total access
package.  Otherwise, what channels it can pick up will depend on whatever
plan you currently have.  The abbreviation for it if you want to search for
it online is TTR1.
